Living Compass: Wholeness of Heart, Soul, Strength, and Mind

During the months of January and February, Samantha Haycock will facilitate a series of Sunday School classes in the Parish Hall following a program called Living Compass which focuses on wholeness of heart, soul, strength, and mind. Living Compass invites us to slow down, center ourselves, listen to that small voice with in ourselves, and to listen for the voice of Christ in the voice of others. Wellness is a journey along which we are invited to walk with each other and Christ. We all have things in our lives that pull us in different directions. When we are able to discern what direction God is calling us towards at any given time and when we are intentional in heading that direction we follow a path toward wholeness. During this class we will explore tools that help us to pause and take our bearings. The Living Compass program is grounded in the power of authentic conversation to heal and restore. To begin contemplating your path towards wholeness you can take the Living Compass Personal Assessment http://www.livingcompass.org/adult/assessment.html/ Contact: samantha@stpaulsfay.org for more information.
