Choral Evensong September 29

For centuries, the church has marked the transition from daytime to evening with psalms, prayer, and song. St. Paul’s service of Choral Evensong follows this historic pattern, using the liturgy of the Book of Common Prayer and featuring choral and organ music. This meditative and reflective service lasts for around 45 minutes, giving space to pause for a moment as the day draws to a close. Evensong also gives visitors and worshippers the opportunity to experience the incredible voices of our choirs, who perform different, specially-selected choral works as part of each service.

Our next Evensong is scheduled for September 29 at 5:00 pm and will feature combined adult, youth and children’s choirs. This Choral Evensong falls on the feast of St. Michael and All Angels. Please plan to attend and invite your friends, family and neighbors.
