Theology on Tap starts new book in February

Theology on Tap will begin discussing a new book, The Righteous Mind: Why People are Divided by Politics and Religion by Jonathan Haidt. Haidt is a social psychologist rather than a theologian, but he brings interesting research into his study of moral reasoning, politics and religion.

Haidt writes in an easy-to-read way. He tells stories and creates images and metaphors as he develops his research-based theories. For our February 1 meeting, we will plan to cover Part I (through p. 108).

Copies of the book are available in St. Paul’s bookstore.
