Blessing of the Animals (& Stuffed Animals)

On Sunday, October 3, we celebrate our animal friends in honor of St. Francis.

That morning, children are invited to bring their favorite stuffed animal to the 8:45 & 11:00 services.

And at 5:30 pm, all are invited to bring your pet companions to the greenspace for the Blessing of the Animals. Pet food, supplies, and monetary donations will be collected for the Fayetteville Animal Shelter.

In the event of inclement weather, the service will be relocated to the Church.

All animals and their people are welcome.
