Every culture has its own way of interpreting the St. Nicholas tale. When the Dutch landed on the island we now call Manhattan, they brought with them their Christmas traditions. The Baker's Dozen offers a glimpse into two of the Dutch traditions about their interpretation of St. Nicholas.
