Contemplative Prayer

Centering Prayer

Centering Prayer is a method of silent prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer, prayer in which we experience God's presence within us, closer than breathing, closer than thinking, closer than consciousness itself.

Contemplative Men’s Group

The Contemplative Men’s group meets weekly to share Centering Prayer in a group setting and support one another in our spiritual journeys.

Labyrinth

A monthly Labyrinth Walk is offered in the Parish Hall.  The Labyrinth is also available for walking at times when the Parish Hall is not in use.

Lectio Divina

Lectio Divina is a contemplative way of reading the Bible, leading us deeper into God’s word.

Practicing Presence

Practicing Presence is a weekly book discussion that opens with thirty minutes of meditation or silent prayer. We meet Sunday mornings during the Formation Hour.

Shared Silence

Shared Silence meets daily on Zoom, offering a venue for shared silence and contemplation.

Sitting Prayer

Sitting Prayer is twenty minutes of silent centering prayer on weekday mornings.

Yoga Classes

Join us as we move in the loving presence of God. St. Paul’s offers three gentle yoga classes each week. Classes are free and open to the public; all levels are welcome.
